Innovation, evolution and destruction.

The way we are evolving now is way faster than when we have started this journey of human existence on earth. Now, we have many more innovations. Few people are saying that Innovation is the only way possible for the survival of human race on earth.Few are reluctant to follow this idea. But what is the truth? Where these innovations are taking us? What if we don't have a wheel and hence no car and bike. What if we don't have an aircraft for bestowing us from one land to other. What if we don't have Nuclear bomb and electricity. What if humans are also living in the way few extinct species are living. Really! Can we afford to live like that? No no! I am not saying that human should start from the beginning and go to the woods and live like a chimpanzee. Obviously, that is not our place and why should a human do that. We have a good brain with us. We can build beautiful houses and colonies with our ever imaginative brain. That is logical and understandable.

Actually, I am only interested in making you afraid of the possible peril that is the consequence of the innovation and so-called evolution of  Human intelligence. So, be ready and I am sure you will get something new from this. If  I google on the internet and type when was the first bomb made? It shows a result that itself may not be true but I take it as a 97% true event as I don't have any evidence to prove it wrong. It claims that the first use of the bomb was noticed in the year 1221 in a war between the Jin dynasty and the Song dynasty in china. The name of the bomb was "Thunder-crash Bomb". With such bugaboo name, I could guess that it was mostly for making enemies afraid of its effect. The explosion of this bomb can be heard up to 500 meters. The construction principle of this bomb is quite simple. A vessel containing some pieces of casting iron, porcelain with gunpowder. It was the simplest bomb you could ever imagine and the effect of it is also not that much hazardous.

My interaction with Google is still on track! The next question I asked Google is the name of the countries which are innovative enough to make bombs on their own? I got the result as the list of the countries who has nuclear Weapons.Soon, I realised that the bomb with which we have started(Thunder-crash Bomb) is outdated now. Now, if I will talk about such bomb people may think that I am interested in fireworks only. Mr Hans M. Kristensen once said that comparing today's inventory with that of 1950's  is like comparing apple with orange.According to him the number of nuclear weapons declined significantly since the cold wold war but the strength of detonation increased drastically. It implies that now we need less effort to have great destruction. That's indeed a great innovation for future destruction!

Few countries are not even bounded by any treaty that can restrict them to fire a nuclear shot. They can claim after launching that it was a vogue trail on other countries. It was just a mistake! don't laugh! It seems funny but actually, it is not. There are many countries who is playing with nuclear power at their home but claim that they haven't seen any such thing. Here, I am not questioning Innovation but the only concern I have about the innovation of destruction. How this race of making Nuclear weapon started? What is the future of such deed? Is it going to stop somewhere? why countries are willing to produce more ammunition than grains! To whom they are protecting their citizens. Human must be protected from the human and for that protection, we need the nuclear weapon. But now I am having doubts because of these innovative nuclear weapons.Do these weapons helps us protecting our lives or make it more vulnerable? Just think about it! Maybe while you are thinking someone could pull the trigger unconsciously.

Gandhifellowship "Community Immersion"

One of the best parts of being a Gandhi fellow is that you gets lots of opportunity to go through several self-building processes. One of them is Community Immersion. This is the process that is exhilarating and life-changing. This process can bring you stories that you would tell throughout your life. Now, Imagine a place(a slum or village) which is totally unknown to you a while back and where you will get a chance to stay for a month. Not only, you have to be there but also engage school, community and community head so that they could work on the loop-hole identified in the community, school and this will happen because you were there. Sometimes, you don't even understand the language people around you speaks. I am sure some of you are getting very excited about it and most of you became anxious to some extent and thinking how could I be useful if I don't know their language and can't speak with them, How would I communicate with people aroun...
